One System That Gets You Found, Chosen, and Leased

Your website, Search360, and Google Ads each do a job on their own. Together, they share data, point to each other, and run with one team, so every part works harder.

Three parts, one job

Each part has a clear role. The value is in how they connect.

Your website: where renters decide

The home base every search and ad sends renters to. Current floor plans, pricing, and availability from your property management software, with Emily answering questions around the clock.

Search360: traffic you own

Local pages, long-form Google Business Profile posts, and FAQ content that help renters find you in Google, Maps, and AI answers, without paying for every visit.

Google Ads: demand on day one

Paid search that puts your community in front of renters who are ready to move now, managed by a dedicated campaign manager.

How a renter moves through the system

  1. They search

A renter searches for apartments near work, a school, or a neighborhood, in Google, Maps, or an AI tool.

  2. They find you

A Search360 local page, a Google Business Profile post, or one of your ads matches what they asked for.

  3. They land on your site

Every path leads to your website, where pricing and availability are current and every page points to the next step.

  4. They reach out

They call, ask Emily a question, request a tour, or apply, and the lead goes straight to your team.

Why the parts work better together

Everything points home

Google Business Profile posts link to your local pages, and your local pages and ads send renters to your website. Each piece adds traffic to the same place instead of splitting it.

One source of truth

PriceSync Pro keeps floor plan pricing and availability current on your website and in your Google Ads every day, so renters see the same numbers everywhere.

Paid and owned, balanced

Google Ads brings renters in now while Search360 builds traffic you own. As owned search grows, you can choose to turn ad spend down without turning off your pipeline.

One view of results

Search, traffic, and Google Ads results come together, so you and ownership can see what is working without stitching vendor reports together.

One team

One team knows your properties, your website, your search, and your ads. No vendors pointing at each other when something needs to change.

Built to grow with you

Add properties as you acquire or build them, and connect them to a company website that keeps your whole portfolio current.

Every piece also works on its own. Search360 can even run alongside a website from another provider.

Two of our clients each run more than 50 properties with a three-person marketing team. One system, one team, and a lot less to manage.

Questions about using all three

Do we have to use all three?

No. Each service works on its own, and you can start with one. Using all three is where the pieces share data and point to each other, and it qualifies for bundle pricing.

Is there a discount for using all three?

Yes. Bundle pricing is available when a property uses a Swifty website, Search360, and Google Ads together. Ask us for a quote.

Can we keep our current website and still add Search360 and Google Ads?

Yes. Search360 and Google Ads both work with a website from another provider. Moving the website to Swifty is what adds shared pricing data and one team for all of it.

Will Google Ads still matter once Search360 is working?

Usually, yes. Ads capture renters who are ready to move today, and they are useful for lease-ups and hard-to-fill floor plans. As owned search grows, you decide how much to spend.
